Very nice staff and very welcoming. The bathrobes could be whiter or cleaner and the bath water has a ton of chlorine in it. Other than that it is very nice.

Who wrote this survey? If I was going to Downtown Chicago, I would not have stayed 40 miles away. I was their for 2 nights visiting family. I'm not visiting Chicago.
