Customer service was top rated. Jasmine at the front desk went above and beyond. Incredibly nice and helpful. She was super friendly. Jesus at the bar was amazing. His drinks were great and he was very friendly. I only wish they had vending machines and Diet Coke in the grab and go. Make sure not to miss the breakfast buffet. Thank you Riu. I will be back

The entire experience was amazing - welcomed warmly by valet - checkin was smooth and the woman who helped us was so warm and friendly a rooms were perfect- lobby is awesome- food was great - view was awesome too!

Beautiful boutique hotel! The rooftop is a must visit. We had lunch in the Mediterranean restaurant. Food and service were great. Room was very nice. No views, but that was okay. Would stay again

Who wrote this survey? If I was going to Downtown Chicago, I would not have stayed 40 miles away. I was their for 2 nights visiting family. I'm not visiting Chicago.
