"가족여행으로 다녀왔습니다. 산속에 한 채 있는 곳이었는데, 주차장은 숙소와 좀 떨어져 있어서 짐을 지고 날라야 합니다. 숙소는 사진은 매우 므찌게 보입니다만, 들어가보면, 호텔껄갈하는 각생이 듭니다. 바베큐 냄새가 매우 숙성되어 있어서, 체크아웃하고 나온 날도 내 몸에 그 향기가 떠나가시지 않습니다. 참고로 저희 가족은 바베큐를 하지 않았습니다. 석구석구에 나이가 제법 들어보이는 지먼가 단체여행을 온 듯합니다. 샤워실에는 팡이곰이 성장을 하고 계십니다. 돈이 전혀 깝아다는 생각이 머리 속에 가득가득 자리를 잡습니다. 다시 간다면 내가 니 아들입니다. "Great seaside resort. Spacious room, good view of the ocean. The private baths were simply divine, perfect way to relax and unwind. Complimentary beer/water/snacks in the room, ice cream after your private bath. The staff were great even with the language barrier they made sure you understood where your room was and where things are on a map. There is parking in front of the hotel but we arrived via taxi, approximately a 5000 yen fare from the Coaska Bayside Stores depending on time of day."

"The location within Haneda Terminal 3 gives easy access to transportation lines. The hotel was clean, and it was nice having separate spa facilities for hotel guests. My only complaint for my stay was my room location. It seemed to be the farthest possible room from the elevators, making every outing a long walk. As mentioned earlier about being located close to transportation access points, it is still a lot of walking to get to/from the hotel. If you are looking for a hotel close to the check-in gates, this is not the hotel. But if you are looking for helpful and friendly staff, clean facilities, and access to great food, then this is where you need to be."

"Good: - Very clean, exceptional views of harbor with the curved windows. The other room with bay views and balcony was also quite nice! - right near Minatomirai metro station - super clean and upscale - concierge staff was helpful in making dinner reservations since we didn’t have a tel number It’s about a 15m walk to Sakuragicho station but there are 2 Pokémon manhole covers you can spot along the way which is fun! The bed was comfy and large (king), the tub was huge, and they are eco friendly!"

"The lighting around the hotel area isn't that great out on the streets after 11pm... As usual, the spa area can be kept cleaner and not full of hair and stuff around. Could make the spa smell nicer would be great. The pay parking machines weren't working well... Couldn't pay with my credit card. So annoying. Needs to be upgraded or fixed. Allow other methods of payment would be nice. Elevator service needs to improve. Always crowded and busy. "
