"We were told the privilege of VIP afternoon tea lounge access, and ended up paying for the cakes with an excessive price tag which was not even noticeably displayed for the customers. Felt like to be cheated, and VIPs supposed to have access to drinks and snacks provided in the room. "

"This place was very cool. Every floor has a different theme/color scheme and the rooms were big and bright. Most places I've stayed in Japan so far have been pretty mundane, but this place definitely works hard to be different and nice. Glad they had a few laundry machines as well. I'd stay again anytime"

"We booked the Junior Suite with Japanese style room... we love the spacious room & mountain view plus the tatami area, definitely the best hotel we stayed in Japan. We also love the Japanese style of the hotel overall. TV with English option is definitely a highlight for my little one. They also provide extra touch like usb charger for phone plus toothbrush & hairdryer are also better quality than other hotels. The only thing I noticed is there's no safety box? and the check in time is 10am...
