I can’t say enough about how much I enjoyed The Leo Kent. The property was stunning, the staff incredibly kind, and the location absolutely ideal! With easy access to a free streetcar that takes you throughout downtown and close proximity to numerous dining options and activities, it couldn’t be in a more perfect spot. We had a one night stay at this absolutely beautiful hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable. We were in town for a concert at the Fox Theater which was just across the street. We had a few staff issues including a rude man at check in, forgotten food at breakfast and the valet taking a really long time because they brought me someone else's car! I wanted to love this place but that was a lot of things to go wrong in the 18 hours we stayed at the hotel. Also we had room that overlooked I10 and if we stayed again I would request a room on the other side of the building. I had to sleep with earplugs.

This is my second time staying at this property and absolutely love it. The rooms are beautiful and clean. Staff exceed expectations with customer centric. St. Cruz restaurant in the lobby is amazing. Food and cocktails are great. My only feedback will be to improve service at the bar; I am yet to get a Wow service at the bar.
