Lovely stay at Quality Hotel Saga. Hotel is in a perfect location, walkable to most parts of the centre of Tromso. Room was a little basic but fine for our needs. Breakfast lovely with good choice and all staff were very helpful. Would recommend.

I personally enjoyed our 1 night stay. It is centrally located clean and safe. The staff were great and very professional. Easy walk to the port area. Shopping nearby too. 300nok from the airport via uber. Worth a stay and I would not hesitate to return. Lovely and thank you to the hotel staff too.

Quality Hotel SAGA had a clean room, lots of outlets, rooms were a nice size, staff super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was free bountiful and delicious. Hotel was close to all tours and lots of restaurants. We had a fabulous stay!

We had a fabulous view from the fifth floor, it was a wonderful snowy scene. The bed was comfortable, the staff were friendly and the hotel is very well located to everything in the town. Just a few minutes walk away. Breakfast was good. No complaints other than our door (518) would sometimes not lock straight away, we had to pull it hard and check it had locked when we were leaving the room. Otherwise fabulous!

Right in the centre of town, so close to everything you need, especially the public bus as well las the meeting points for all excursions. The hotel is very confortable too and quiet. Very good breakfast buffet and drink facilities available all day...and night!

Clean, modern hotel in a central location. We stayed in a family room (2 singles pushed together plus a bunk), which was pretty tight but also standard for many cities in Europe. Hotel interior is lovely and buffet breakfast was excellent.

The room was very small. No place to unpack items. Toilet seat lid was broken and was reported several times but was never fixed. Requested tissue refill numerous times and finally had to go get them ourselves. They do not clean daily. It’s every 3 days so no new towels. Breakfast was very good.

Thank you so much !!! Breakfast was excellent, the 2 ladies working in the front of the restaurant was very nice and keep cleaning the tables very often. People at the front desk was excellent . If one day I return to Trompso, definitely will stay at Quality Inn Saga.
