"The manager whilst seemingly polite was inattentive and did not check the room booked was available. Offered alternative room that was not suitable but we had no choice but to take it. I was offered a refund but it was not forthcoming and still hasn’t been received. "

The bathroom was filthy, mould all around the edges, brown splats up the door. Door was falling apart at the bottom. It was 25° when we stayed and the aircon wasn’t working.
