Local council should also investigate the hygiene of the venue Moved rooms. TV not working A/C not working 2nd room TV not working and floor dirty First time I have complained about any accommodation - this place abuses the customers trust through their photo representations. Many homeless congregate downstairs and all nite snooker room bars attract intoxicated public

Location on waterfront is good. Good views. Check in requires a bond of $100 for every night you stay. Rooftop bar was far too busy and crowded. 25 minutes wait to get a glass of wine. Parking is not monitored or charged so anyone can use it - including people just going for drinks. No breakfast on site besides exorbitantly expensive room service. Food choices poor. Pool closes very early. All gym / facilities are not on site, theyre at the casino next door. Room was mostly good. Bed mildy comfortable. Strange room style with sliding windows bedroom to bathroom. Automatic lights. Which wake you up if you get up in the night. Balcony was dusty. Definitely not a 5 star hotel, and we have travelled a lot. Good ipad idea to get room serviced, however the staff dont read what you ordered properly. Pilllow choices were not as described. Yes its a 4 star, definitely not 5.

the room is nice and comfortable the bathroom shower is dangerous. who these days puts a bathtub in with shower, i would hate to be full and shower in the bathtub why install shuch a narrow bath.
