"Very private and relaxing stay the Pictures of the terrace do not do it justice and we had fantastic weather and so made the most of the pool which is in the sun all day. We would definitely return again the only thing I would mention is the bedding and mattresses could do with an update. Thanks for your hospitality!"

"The property setting is beautiful! the interior and exterior is immaculate, spacious and extremely accommodating. Vincente is an excellent host, making sure all of our needs were met. I will say it is helpful to have someone who speaks French, my husband is fluent which helped tremendously since Vincente does not speak a word of English. Isolation à revoir Un bar/snack serait un plus non négligeable Peut-être prévoir des animations pour que les gens fassent connaissance, au moins un pot d’accueil chaque samedi soir. We had a wonderful time in the house, that is perfectly situated as starting point of many travels and day trips to surrounding towns and hikes. Earplugs kindly supplied to help deal with the road noise from the bridge, but we didn't find it overly disturbing. Breakfast very good, but at 15 Euros the priciest of our trip round France. They also seemed understaffed at breakfast as the same staff were having to juggle reception duties as well."

Le Petit Paradis - Cottage for 8 people with Private Pool in the Countryside

"This spacious property was a converted old French farmhouse with fantastic views across the countryside. Very rural -but not easy to find even with Sat-nav. Pool was a great asset as were the trees and flowers around the property. Unfortunately we were not blessed with good weather apart from the first couple of days. However this may have been a godsend as when it was warm -condensation from the stone walls appeared and covered the ground floor which was tiled. This resulted in a very slippery surface which was hard to negotiate. In fact one of our party had a nasty fall using some tiled steps. Mr Bouby the owner was very helpful when we had a problem with the toilet. Unfortunately we did struggle to communicate when we arrived . It might be a good idea to produce an arrival pack in different languages for future visitors. "
