"The property was very clean, compared to other hotels that we’ve rented in Japan. I thought this was a little bit pricey. They also do not have any dining on the property. You must go off to find something to eat. They have a coffee shop, but it does not open until 10 AM in the morning 11 AM check out time "

"The up side is that the property is a lovely, cozy apartment that is equipped with everything that one would need to be comfortably self-sufficient. The down side is that one must be self-suffient. Given the fact that it is located in an average Japanese neighborhood and not close to any hotel zone, there are no eateries in the area and all food has to be brought in from elsewhere and/ or prepared on site. "I would definitely recommend this hotel. The price you can’t beat. Many free options if you forgot a toiletry. First off the staff is very friendly. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Many options. The 3 bed room was spacious and the hotel lobby and foyer were quite big too. It’s quiet. There are shops and bakery across the street. Amazing location about 3 min walk to Train station. I was in Japan for 2 weeks, traveling throughout and definitely 5stars. "

Great service, location and free beer on tap!!!!!!

"Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. You can park at Times Parking building within walking distance and have your parking card validated by the hotel and you only need to pay 1,200 Yen per day/24 hours. Fujisawa JR Train Station is very close to the hotel as well. This is the hotel hotel I stayed in Japan that has free beer on tap every day until 8:00pm. The beer taste good too. It might be a Kirin or Asahi. I would stay again."

"Very clean, very nice service. The only issue I have is the laundry room. There is only one very small washer and dryer, and the dryer is not very good. I had to run the dryer 3-4 times for my one load and the last load I took out most of the clothes to hang dry in the room. But everything else was great."
