"Great hotel in a perfect location on the river. The room was large and cozy, with everything we needed. We arrived late due to flights and the staff on reception where polite and helpfull even though it was 2am. There was a large selection of food for breakfast and everything we had tasted great. If we ever return to Gdansk I would stay here again without a second thought. "

We needed to stay a little bit longer after the check out time and they let us say for an hour longer than our time, they could not let us stay for longer than an hour because other people had already booked that apartment, so they even asked if everything was alright and were willling to accommodate and help further. "Nice, quiet and clean hotel with comfortable beds and a lovely view of the city. Water jugs are provided in each room and there are filtered water machines beside the lifts on each floor which is a helpful eco-friendly feature. I would flag that the inbuilt hair dryer unfortunately didn't work in my room. The customer service was a little bit lacking at times (i.e. one receptionist seemed annoyed at me for asking for a city brochure which is a pretty normal thing for a tourist to ask for). Hence...
