"Europa is a mid-range hotel in the newer section of the city. The accommodations are basic, but ok. The breakfast is basic, but ok. Prior to the arrival, the hotel repeatedly sent us messages regarding its restictive check-in times and payment policy. On several occasions we tried to call them with payment, but the phone wasn't answered. The main issue we have with this property is regarding security. We were given one electronic cardkey, which had both the hotel name and the room number on it....

"While i was visiting, i had several virtual meetings. The internet connection was at best below average. There were several occasions i got kicked out of my meeting for low connection speed. The hotel looks fantastic and is in a great location. "

"The Hostel is situated on elevated ground pretty far from the train station. So if you have a luggage, you will have to lug approximately 2KM and uphill to the property. Otherwise, the front reception staff is friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is pretty good compared to many other hostels"

"The hotel is remote from the historical area and with the steep hills in town its good to drive up to the centre of town. The bar and restaurant are not in the hotel and even tho they are only about 50 yards away not very convenient especially for breakfast in winter! The staff were very friendly and helpful but with the location of the hotel and its condition I would not stay there again."

"The property is great in the centre of a small town. Number of eating and drinking places close by. HOWEVER there is no front desk and arrangements have to be made to check in. There's a buzzer at the door but nobody answers. The assumption is that everyone has a working cell phone to call the owners who live next door and get someone to come and check you in. We had to take our phone off "airplane mode" which cost us 8 Euros. Not good. We don't use Hostals as a rule and this won't change that...

La habitación individual tenía un tamaño apropiado y estaba limpia, al igual que el baño. Buena atención del personal de recepción en todo momento. La cafetería y el restaurante no estaban abiertos así que no puedo opinar sobre los servicios de desayuno y comida."
