"This hotel is fabulous! It was recommended by a friend and it did not disappoint! They have several restaurants plus a konbini! Our room was spacious, their breakfast buffet is huge, and the staff went above and beyond to help with anything we needed. There’s even a zen garden in the lobby! My only regret is we spent just one night here prior to our departure home. I highly recommend this hotel!"

"PROS Very cozy room but plenty of space under the bed for storing baggage. Lots of useful information on the TV home screen (WIFI password, checkout details, room cleaning schedule, public bath crowd size, etc.) Multiple power outlets, including USB. Quick walk to train stations. Unbeatable choice if attending a sumo match at the nearby stadium. Also perfect for visiting the Edo-Tokyo Museum when it reopens after the renovations conclude. Excellent Lawson convenience store located on the second floor. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. DRAWBACKS - Taller folks might find the bathroom module challenging. - Not enough elevators for the number of people in such a large hotel usually trying to reach the lobby at checkout time. - Stairs only for emergencies above the second floor. "Very clean, very typical hotel vibe but perfect if you need easy access to the airport! The airport shuttle bus made my life a million times easier, especially never having been to Japan before. I was only in the area for two days before heading up to Hokkaido for the winter season, but being by the airport meant easy enough access to Tokyo. If you're looking for a longer stay in Tokyo I'd recommend staying closer to the city centre, but if it's a short stay and you aren't fussed by the hour or so train ride in then it's quite a nice place to be :)"
