"The spa is quite far out but has accessable buses from Sendai Station. The onzen was wonderful and clean. Staff was very friendly and spoke english. Only word of caution is unless you eat at the hotel, dinner options are limited and youd have to walk into town. Still a wondeful experience and would definitely stay again if we are in the Miyagi area. "

"I decided to stop in Sendai for the night during a trip from Hokkaido to Tokyo. This hotel was a good stop. It is surrounded by shops and a close walk to the train station. This capsule hotel was also very busy as I assume a lot of people use it as a rest stop during business or travel as well. So do expect foot traffic going in and out of the rooms in the early morning and late night if you’re a light sleeper."

"We always love staying here with lots of dining and shopping options across the street at Tapio, plus the hotel has a breakfast buffet thats really nice and lots of food made fresh to order which is really nice! The quality is top notch! Its easy to get to and quieter, cleaner and more fun than staying downtown. If we go to Sendai, we stay here. Also the price for the rooms cant be beat for groups/families of 4 or more. The staff makes staying here so easy and comfortable! Also we love their...
