"We had a very nice week-long stay at this hotel. It was easily accessible by bus and about a15-minute walk to the train station. After not finding a car to rent online, we were able to find one at the property next door. It is close to many places to eat and to convenience stores. Sapporo, beach locations, a main commercial avenue in Tomakomai and Chitose airport are all accessible by bus. However the nearby mountain lake was not, hence the need for a car. "Great place to spend the night before flying out of New Chitose. The onsen is very well equipped and the little free goodies at different times of day are appreciated. The room was quite small with only one side of the double bed accessible but for the price it was a great stay. "

"I don't think I spent enough time in Tomakomai to get a good feeling for the area, I mainly stayed here because it was close to Sapporo and the hotel was within walking distance from Tomakomai train station. The hotel was also very close to a Don Quijote, Lawson, and Seicomart. The only room option available at the time was a smoking room, and while it was clean, the room itself seemed old and like it needed some updating. The view from my room was nice though, and there wasn't a lingering odor...

"Exceptional. A beautiful well appointed room very comfortable with all the ammenities expected. An oasis is how I would describe it The staff went above and beyond. We made this booking on the morning after our other hotel was affected by a mud slide. It is the the most memorable of all our stays in Hokkaido. Recommended to anyone. Thank you for our stay"

"We took the shuttle from Chitose airport that left from the end outside near the police desk. Had to wait a bit after the plane landed but it was free so that was fine. There were a couple of places to walk to get dinner since which was good since we arrived after the hotel restaurant was closed. The breakfast was delicious and the onsen was nice. Rooms were small and overall a little outdated but a fine place to stay close to the airport. "

"숙소는 좁았지만 깨끗하고 편리 했다 주소보고 숙소를 찾는게 힘들었다. 구글지도에 주소가 정확하지 않았다. 힘들게 찾아 갔는데, 옆 건물이랑 구조가 같아서 혼돈이 되었다. 그래서 옆 건물로 잘못 들어갈려고 했읍니다. 그리고 메일이 영어가 아니고 일본어로 와서 주소를 찾기가 더 힘들었다."

"Right along the main high street for accessing the shopping district. Was really cool seeing the car park handler having a flip board to help speed up the process communication process. The hotel does have a form for suitcase shipping between hotels if you ask for a Yamato shipping form and helped me fill out the form with shipping my suitcase back to Tokyo. My friends with me during the stay also highly rated the cleaning service that's down the street as well."

"Love this hotel, it is reasonably priced but the quality and service exceeded all my expectations. There is an entrance to the underground tunnel network linking to metro and JR. The club lounge is as good as what a 5-star hotel may offer, breakfast is of decent quality. Most importantly, the room is of good size by Japan standards, it is comfortable and clean. This will be the only hotel I will stay if I return to Sapporo!"
