"Frantically booked this hotel due to Typhoon in August. However, waited and waited, but did not get the security code which was promised to be sent 24 hours prior. Since we didn't hear back until 3.5 hrs before checked-in, we made other arrangements already. But, when we requested for refund, the owner refused the refund due to a non-fundable policy. This was in the middle of one of the worst typhoons in the history of Okinawa. We would not recommend this place."

"Everything was exactly as we wanted. Spacious, quiet, convenient to everything from transportation to supermarkets, beaches and local attractions. The room has everything you need for a week's stay or more. We stayed for 6 days. I'd recommend that the owner buys a clock as it's very difficult to know the time. A clock on the wall is essential.
