"Very nice house, well located close to town, with a lot of living space on the ground floor, including the hot tub. Location is a bit funny as window profile factory right across the street but absolutely no disturbance, but also house is 2 under 1 roof and thankfully neighbor was very quiet, also some sort of wood chipping operation under the floor (bonking noise at times). Had to remind manager to do maintenance of hot tub and empllty recycling bins, but he was very responsive. The place has...

"Schon unser einchecken war ungewöhnlich, da wir aus persönlichen Gründen erst weit nach Mitternacht anreisen konnten. Für unsere Gastfamilie kein Problem. Der Schlüssel steckte vertrauensvoll im Schloss. Der Bauernhof ist mitten in der Natur, hat ca. 16 Milchkühe, zu unserer Zeit 3 kleine Kälbchen, einen Hofhund und zwei zutrauliche Katzen. "Stayed for three nights with a friend to explore Munich. Very clean apartments, good little kitchen. Nothing like salt/pepper/oil for basic cooking so keep that in mind. Beds were very firm and the pillows even worse. If you’re used to anything soft you won’t get that here. Rooms were also very warm, couldn’t sleep with the doona on at night unless we opened the balcony door. Apparently they’re swapping over to heating the building from cooling and the concierge said it was helpful to know...

Centrally located.

"There are two King’s Hotels. We stayed at the King’s First. Both are owned by the same company and are very close to each other. This review is for the First. Both hotels are ideally centrally located. You could walk to most places in Munich city center from here. The Munich Hbf is also a 5 minute walk. Check in has a person on duty but can all be done with a screen at reception. Staff is very friendly. You can enjoy a relaxing drink here in the evening also while watching the street. Restaurants near this hotel are mostly “convenience” locations. Restaurants around the corner near the other Kings hotel are more formal sit down style. Will stay here again."
