"Renee's place is full of country charm and is very comfortable. We stayed at the cottage for two nights of a long weekend and it was perfect for our stay. "We chose this property as a farm stay and we had an event at K Ranch in Mount Hunter which was a 20 min drive away. Beautiful cottage. We woke up to a cure of cows eating grass nearby. It’s a quiet location, with fireplace and fire pit. The nights get colder here than in the city. We enjoyed the place very much. Thank you. "

"The cottage was inviting, cozy and had everything we needed, my son thoroughly enjoyed all the books and the cows too. The surrounds were so quiet, the gardens impeccably maintained and the bonus of fresh eggs from the chickens was wonderful. We explored the towns of Mittagong and Bowral and Berrima and were spoiled for choice of great cafes and restaurants. We certainly hope to return!"

"We were quite disappointed with the Eco Lodge, firstly we were not aware that you need to drive a car that has high clearance (we drive a sedan), the slope to go down was easily missed, and not marked out properly. There was minimal signage other than the map and names outside the other accomodation. We noticed stains on the couch, and there was someone else's rubbish in the bins in the bathroom. "We had 9 staying at Lavender Cottage and the bedding and beds were wonderful. The layout of the cottage was good, with dining room and lounge large enough for all, with comfortable seating etc. Surrounding was beautiful, and felt very countryside while still only 10-15 mins out of Mittagong. Great 4pm leaving on Sundays. On the downside, property needs considerable maintenance on appliances, heating etc, and outdoor cleaning on BBQ and furniture.
