Reims is also enjoyable, WW 2 history, champagne houses & cellars, cafes & restaurants. Hosts live nearby & are available. St-Remy-le-Petit & surrounding towns are quiet & peaceful. Best of both worlds. "

"If you have a car this is a very convenient spot to stay. It is close enough to enjoy what Epernay has to offer without having to compete for a parking space. It is a very quiet area and a great spot to base yourself if you are interested in exploring the vineyards and villages in the Champagne region. There is also a Lidl store just around the corner, within walking distance."

"We really enjoyed our stay. Although the house is in a tiny little village it didn't take us long to get to the bigger towns of rethel or reims! Veronique was fantastic and gave us all the help we needed. She even booked our dog a vets appointment. The house is clean and tidy and just as I expected it to be. Alps return stop close to autoroute

"A compact room with great beds and shower. We paid for breakfast which was plentiful including scrambled eggs and bacon option too. A bit of road noise from the roundabout outside but not too bad. Good blackout shutters on the window and exterior. Secure parking for our car with a roof box was ideal for our overnight back from the alps. Plenty of fast food option nearby. Around 2.5h from the Tunnel / Ferry at Calais or under depending on how fast you go!"

"This is the second time we have stayed here and can highly recommend it. The hotel itself is lovely and clean with a buzzy hotel bar which is lovely in the summer. The hotel is also very dog friendly and is perfectly located just around the corner from restaurants and shops. "
