"The property is fantastic. It is rich in history, it is really beautiful, and well maintained. The staff is great. There are so many options for food and bar, and although several were closed during the winter holiday, it was still great with what they had. The location is very central and convenient to walk to old town, and new areas as well. Honestly, I would come back anytime."

"Front desk lady was unpleasant and was letting everybody cut me making me wait an extra 30 minutes For no reason. Otherwise, the other front desk, people were very nice and helpful, and the property was just as shown."

"Beautiful city and the hotel is located in a really good location. The staff were friendly and the rooms clean. However the rooms were a little dated and in need of some upgrades. We stopped over for a night and its a good hotel to spend a night and explore the lovely city. "

"Good check-in with upgrade to double (instead of two singles). Comfortable 3rd floor room. Tea/coffee making available. A short walk to Grot market & plenty of attractions & restaurants nearby. We didn’t choose their breakfast. We used the pool once, it is down two flights of stairs, the changing area is small, whilst it looked stylish, lacked any rails to enter pool. "

"Obviously they did not have enough people at the hotel. No one pick up the phone and we had to wait more than one hour to receive our luggage. Restaurants and the bar was fully occupied . The location was good and comfortable. "

"アントワープ中央駅からとても近く、非常に便利。スタッフも英語がしっかり通じるし、チェックアウト後の荷物預かりもしてもらえる。シャワーもお湯がしっかり出た。場所と料金を考えたら、非常にバランスが取れていると思う。"

便利で清潔

"家族3名で利用しました。キッチン、床、バスルーム、ベッド全て清潔に保たれていて、この価格帯のホテルでは今まででいちばん満足しました。かなり掃除に気を使っているようで、ホテルのどこにいっても洗剤の匂いを感じましたが、それほど不快ではありません。受付で宿泊代を請求されましたが、すでに支払い済みであることを主張して返金してもらいました。ロケーションは最高です。駅から近いので、スーパーやレストランの利用は全く問題ありません。老舗のショコラティエDelReyがすぐ近くにあり、ケーキを3つ買ってホテルで食べました。最高の体験でした。このミルフィーユを食べるためだけにアントワープに戻るのも良いかもしれない。東京のDelReyはチョコレートしか扱っていないので、本当に悔しいです。"
