Absolutely awesome place to stay at a great rate! Minor issue in getting the unit access code, got it 6 hours before check in instead of 48 hours. Other than that, everything was top notch!

Easy check-in (dive to unit and use door code), as was the checkout (reply ‘checkout’ to a text message). Property conveniently located away from downtown Traverse City, which is still easily accessible by car. Very quiet — no road nor neighbor noise. Small beach/lake access 30 yds behind building. Unit is on ground floor (which we think is a plus), shady, with plenty of trees. Unit basically the size of an open hotel room (4 adults will be tight), and bathroom a bit larger than typical hotel room. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water. AC worked okay, as did the TV. Unit is dated, but quite functional. Property management phone number went to a real person, and we got our answers. Parking might be a bit tight if all units occupied, especially by groups with > 1 vehicle. Landscaping immediately in front of building (unit door!) could be cleaned up. Will certainly consider staying there again if just the two of us and we’ll be ‘out and about’ (peninsula drives, hikes, etc.) a lot.

The property is super close to the beach. Very quiet and felt pretty safe. I spent 2 nights with my 2 kids, and they greatly enjoyed it. The place is less than 10 minutes away from Traverse City. The only downside was the overall size of the condo. Although it stated it could accommodate 4 people, it would be fine for 2 grown-ups, but it can hardly accommodate 4 without trumping on each other, and the extremely thin mattress of the sofa bed makes you "appreciate" all the springs underneath.

Actually, I was upgraded to another unit because the one I reserved and checked into was not cleaned. I contacted the property management and notified them. They placed me in a different unit. Fortunately, there was one available.
