May choose another one due to how far it is from time square. They breakfast host was great waitress was very rude. Staff at front was courteous. Parking is ridiculously priced.

The staff was okay but seemed to be short staffed. The cable TV was out in the whole hotel 6 days we were there. We were finally told the hotel had not paid their cable bill! This was shocking and unacceptable in a 4 star hotel to have no TV reception at all for 6 days.
