Great hotel! would stay there again

Top quality hotel with friendly staff and located within walking distance from the souq. We stayed in a room with 2 twin beds with a city view. Our stay was fantastic and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Near the reception area, there was complimentary dates and Arabic coffee which was always a lovely treat. The room was spacious and the bathroom was one of the best I have had the pleasure to use on my travels. It had all the amenities you would expect from a top hotel of this brand. Overall, I would definitely recommend the Park Hyatt Doha and would stay here again should I visit Doha again.

Great property. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Room was big and beautiful. Jimmy’s Restaurant was amazing. Jimmy does Steak Diane table side. Free shuttle to the airport. What more could you ask for? Awesome stay!

I ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS PROPERTY ON THE PEARL SIDE. MR. ABBASS & HIS STAFF WELCOMED ME & MY LADY WITH OPEN ARMS. I booked this place for my 1 year anniversary considering it was a 5 star hotel with good reviews. However upon arriving the service was not up to 5 star standards. When we had arrived the check in was nice and quick however it took ages for our luggage to come up to the room. I had called the front desk to have it brought up but instead someone came to the room to take luggage instead of bring ours up - 5-10 mins later they brought our luggage up. Upon inspecting the room, the bidet was faulty and not draining water efficiently. The iron in the room was also faulty leaking water and ended up damaging items of clothing which we ended up disposing of. Thirdly the breakfast options are very basic, nothing amazing, a few times the food was closed when we would go around 9-9:30am when the breakfast finished at 10:30am. Also, upon return to the room one evening we noticed the curtains had dropped. I spoke to the front desk and no one had come up to fix it. I went down to the front desk as I was collecting a food delivery at the same time and said again it’s been 20 mins and no one has come to the room. Again some time had past and it was now the 5th call and they finally sent someone up to the room. In all fairness, once the manager had been made aware of these issues and the poor service he had accepted accountability and made the efforts to improve our stay. He had given us a late checkout, upgraded our room and a few other gifts to compensate 5 stars after the complaint
