"We took our family to this property for a holiday. The apartment is very large and would be great for a girls weekend, bachelor party, or other large gathering for which food will be brought in or everyone will go out most of the time. Many of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and some have a small refrigerator. The kitchen is small and not well equipped for more than the most basic food preparation. We had to request an oven, which was a small countertop model. There is only one countertop...

"Great place to stay in downtown Montreal, central location. Host is easy to comunicate with, responds quickly. "

"Lots of room for larger groups and families. Very well organized and stocked kitchen. Lots of soap and towels though very few face cloths. Marie Pier is good at answering questions and replying to requests. Very old and historic building that is close to the amenities. Clean and well maintained. "

Access alley is narrow and it can be very difficult to enter the garage – minivan just fit AC – no central AC. A wall unit is in the upstairs hall and 2nd unit in dining rm window. Visited during 93F temp and could stay reasonably cool if keep bedroom doors open Cleanliness –good surface cleaning. On closer inspection - mold growing in the drying rack, dirty...

"Excellent place to stay for a weekend. Really well-appointed kitchen, easy check in/check out. The only slight negative about the house is no bathroom on the main floor, and it's a little far out of the way. But it's accessible by bike routes and buses, we had an amazing time, thank you so much!"

"Great place for a family to stay ! Plenty of room in the house with everything you would need for a great stay :) Hot tub Fire pit Beach right across the street Splash pad in walking distance Fantastic walking trails through local park ! "

"House is wonderful. Plenty of rooms and areas to gather and hang out.Walked to old Montréal & Bell Center Parking was not clear in the website but I reached out to Paris and she was awesome and didn’t have any issues after that.Definitely recommend and hope to stay again "

"Stayed over holidays and it was the perfect location to enjoy the great restaurants and downtown of trois rivières! Just a few min walk to the main streets which we really enjoyed. The place has everything you’d need for a comfortable stay and it was impeccably clean which is a must for me! This VRBO made us feel like we were at home!!! Definitely recommend!!"
