"The staff was amazing. I love Mr. Mike. He was very kind, he also gave my daughter at teddy bear. Which made her night. The only problem that I had was the bathroom wasn't to clean and the didn't have a microwave in the room. Other then that. I loved my stay."

"Very nice place to stay. We stayed on room 1220 on 12th floor. Our room was oceanfront and brand new renovated. Its very nice and smelled like a new car. There was renovations in the big tower and was noisy. But the orginal side is complicated. Will return for sure."

"Beautiful hotel in the heart of the downtown action. Nice staff. There were a lot of little things that kept me from giving 5 stars. Glasses in common areas would sit for MANY HOURS - overnight (bar drinks brought to 2nd fl balcony/lobby) would be there until 12n or later the next day. Saw staff walk by them. Ran out of caffeinated coffee for common area nespresso machine - FOR OUR ENTIRE STAY (4 days). Tightening up mgmt a little would make this place awesome."
