「We have been staying at this Best Western for years. The new management is working hard to upgrade the rooms, and it's paying off. Our room was clean, and the new shower was awesome! The front desk staff always had warm cookies on hand. We will be back!」

「Overall the property was very good. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and the lady hosting the breakfast was gracious and pleasant. However, the front desk clerk who checked us in needs some improvement on her interpersonal skills. She was initially snippy, abrupt and condescending. We felt as though we were bothering her even though we were trying to be pleasant and engaging. It got to the point where my patience with her attitude was wearing thin and my demeanor changed.
