"Despite other reviews on this Condo (Not Hotel), my family & myself found this very accommodating for us. I read reviews about this before I booked & winged it. To my surprise this was fantastic for my children & I. Close to the beach & local restaurants. Fantastic swimming pools. I recommend the twin room. Kitchen was clean also bathrooms x2. Beds comfy. This is Not a serviced room, so clean after yourself, but has clothes washing machine in room. I would say 7.5 out of 10."

"Underrated property due to its location. Rooms are large with a small kitchen, bathroom with tub and a large TV. Dining is limited to breakfast but room service is available. Shuttle service is good to get to the shopping mall or the waterfront. Town is too quiet with not much to do. If you have a car, Pattaya is a half hour drive south."

"We stayed here as a family of four, and out of the six times we've visited Bangkok, this hotel is honestly one of our favourites. The apartment was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and having a washing machine was an added bonus. The location was ideal, with plenty of street food vendors within walking distance offering a variety of delicious Thai dishes. "Everything was pretty good with HOMA. I found the location kinda far from many activities i wanted to do outside of old town. Most rides ended up about 15-40 mins. Check in was simple but they do not have a in-room phone so you have to get an app or ask at the desk. But for a short stay it was not bad at all these are just the things that were negative"
