"Very clean place. Very modern. Feels like a mini condo. View out of the window was virtually non existent but doesn't matter. Still get lots of natural lighting. There's a chicken or cockatoo that will wake you up at 4am straight through till 8am or so though. And it's off the main road so you'll be hearing cars and bikes throughout the day. Normal if you're used to Vietnam city culture but could be jarring if you're expecting a quiet stay. It's walkable to a few places but at the same time...

"My son and I stayed in a spacious one bedroom apartment. The apartment is in a high rise with an infinity pool (with glorious city views) and a decent bar on the rooftop. There is washer-dryer, big fridge-freezer in the apartment; also a kitchenette with pots and pans etc. The building is attached to an upscale mall with a Starbucks, a big grocery store and lots of food options. "Love the area. Actually happy that I was not in the more touristy areas, like the old quarter. Easy places to taxi. Loved exploring the area. The lake is the bomb, and there are any number of eateries, and services, surrounding the lake, and the adjoining streets. Must see."

"I extended my stay from 7 days to 10 days. I think it's pretty obvious I enjoyed my stay. The apartment has everything you need to enjoy your stay like induction cooker, rice cooker, and washing machine. The gym is more than adequate. I used it quite often when I was there. No complaints. :)"

"Bad communication almost made us miss our flight. They hold all guests id’s and I told them we would need it back at 6:30 am so we could head to the airport because at night there is no one at the front desk. They do send you a text with basic info but no mention of early morning departure procedures. If they respond otherwise, it’s not true. We had to wait almost an hour until someone finally came to the front and returned my TRC ID. Room was not very clean and had to request they re-clean...

"Our family of 4 (with boys ages 13 and 11) stayed for just one night (as I imagine most people will) because we had an early morning departure from the airport. This hotel did not disappoint even for a brief stay! The room was clean and spacious. We ate dinner at the hotel and thought the food was delicious. Even though the water was a little cool, our boys enjoyed the pool - and what we all thought was really fun and interesting was watching the planes take off and land from the airport a very short distance away. Despite being close to the airport, the neighborhood around the hotel seemed safe and walkable, although there didn't seem to be too many services nearby (just a few shops and restaurants). The hotel arranged an inexpensive shuttle to the airport for us early in the morning. We would recommend this hotel and would stay there again."
