"Hotel was well updated. It is an older building but the renovations are excellent. Small size rooms but they are very comfortable. Nearby restaurants and attractions are within walking distance. "

"Stayed here for four days only complaint is the elevator takes forever but I think it was was because it was super busy "

"Great location for museums and Hermann park. Not many dining options nearby but hotel restaurant was fine. Room was very nice, we had a balcony room. However there was some noise from the public transportation system which runs along the road by the hotel"

"The issue I had was the accessibility of our room. Had to walk thru the pool area to get to Tower B, which would have been ok, but it was rainy and cold when we were there. Also, paid extra for an ocean view and our window was so dirty you couldn't see the beach or the ocean. This place is getting run down and needs to be updated. The staff was very friendly and I felt bad for them as the lobby had no heat and it was cold when we were there and they were dressed in their winter gear with a space heater. It was also cold in the restaurant/bar area."
