「Overall great experience. Heated pool and hot tub was a winner in this cold weather. Lots of wildlife spotted on the property. Nicely secluded with good access to a small town close by for any last minute supplies.」

「I originally booked this for our family of 6. Due to kids schedules only one parent and one child stayed. The listing describes that it's connected like a duplex but we didn't expect to hear so much. It felt a little uncomfortable, like we were invading their privacy. Also it made us worry about being too loud for them, I would have been really anxious if we had all gone because our little kids are NOT quiet.There is no control of the AC and it was freezing!! We didn't reach out and ask for them...

「This is a great place for a weekend get away. It is quite and has a great country feel. I would recommend this place to anyone needing a place in central Texas.」

「Three Points Ranch was the perfect place for my family to stay while we attended an A&M game. The location was great because we were not in the midst of all of the traffic, and Kyle Field was a short drive. The rooms were spacious and thoughtfully equipped, and the amenities were exactly as described, making our trip truly enjoyable. We especially loved the fun game room and the breathtaking views. The check-in process was seamless, and we would highly recommend this place to anyone!」

「Bill was an amazing host! There was a slight hiccup in communication the day of arrival but nothing that wasn't quickly remedied. He also was quick to let us know that we had left something vitally important at the house and made it simple for us to retrieve it. My only complaint is that we didn't have longer or better weather to enjoy the stay! We all loved petting the animals but it was too cold for me! We will definitely stay again. 」

「The stay was good overall. The host were very nice!! The house was adorable! The kitchen was fully functional. Huge plus for an extended stay when wanting to cook our own meals. There were some small things overall I would have had different but I would definitely recommend for a vintage feel kind of stay with some modern comforts. 」

「This house was perfect for our stay during Antiques Week. Easy drives into Warrenton, Carmine, and Round Top. Spacious, modern, comfortable beds and linens, plus all the amenities you need.
