After arriving from the airport late, and paying for a room in advance, we were informed that there were no rooms available. Despite paying for the room, they’d given it away wi the out any notice or explanation. They were only able to accommodate us because another guest checked out about 12:30am while we were waiting for them to resolve. Unacceptable.

Estacionamento entre 30 e 50 reais, preço caro demais para ser sem nenhuma cobertura - sol e chuva - e pior sem nenhuma segurança para quem deixa o carro lá. Do estacionamento para o hotel nao há passagem, voce tem de sair e andar pela Rua que é perigoso (depois das 18 h fica tudo vazio pelo centro da cidade) e nao existem seguranças do hotel para inibir assaltos e outras violências.
