"The hotel is located inside a concrete wall fence with gated entry. Parking is inside with a garage door for safety. The staff is friendly and helpful and the little restaurant has a delicious breakfast available. We have stayed for several nights and it is quiet and comfortable."

Clean and cozy place near downtown Tenosique
"The staff is amazing and will do anything un their poder to make your stay more amenable. Sadly, the pool was out of order, but that was the only downside."

Needs Work
"Owner never sent us access instructions. We arrived at night, many light bulbs burned out, difficulty getting in. No hot water for two days, LP gas tank empty. Air conditioning not cold, remote doesn't work right, needs coolant recharge (Villahermosa is hot!). No carpets, bath mats, shower mats. ..."
