"Amazing facility. Neat, clean and right next to a major train station. The only down fall was that the front desk wasn’t as friendly as you’d expect, however they were accommodating. There was a fire alarm around 6 in the morning. I woke up to an automated announcement, alarms and flashing lights. "I thought the property was very nice inside with the use of traditional Japanese styles of the tatami rooms and comfortable beds as well as the sliding rice paper doors. It had a great shower room, which could be used like a Onsen with a deep soaking tub and short stool with bucket. But even with these traditional styles, you could’ve easily taken a standup shower. "Hotel is lovely. The food options are very elegant and delicious. The service is impeccable. Highly recommend. It’s very close to one of the stations so it’s easy to get everywhere. Convenient to Shinkansen (bullet train)

"This hotel was convenient as it is directly across from the Shinagawa Train Station which also has the Shinkansen (bullet train), as well as the JR Tokyo Loop Line (Yamanote Line) for easy access within Tokyo and beyond. The hotel property is huge and has a 7 Eleven right on the property. The room we booked was on the large size for a Tokyo hotel room, and we were very comfortable. They also have bowling on property as well as a food court, self-serve laundry, restaurants and other conveniences. We will definitely stay here again."

Loved our stay with an amazing view of tower!

"We stayed for 3 nights in the Japanese Junior Suite and it was a great size for 2 people. The room had everything we needed and was very comfortable with a stunning view of the tower. The only thing I would say is the bed was very low and firm but maybe it was because we were in the Japanese style suite. My friend stayed in a regular room and her bed was very comfortable. As a whole, the hotel is very modern and clean with friendly staff :) They took care of our luggage transport to Kyoto which was really nice. We would definitely stay again! "

"This is my favorite hotel in Japan. Whenever I'm in Tokyo, I make sure I can reserve a room here. It exudes so much atmosphere celebrating the country, especially the serene Main Bar Asama. There is a fully stocked 7/11 on the premises and buffet restaurant, in addition to other restaurants, that, while pricey, and absolutely delicious and well-attended."
