「This was the most amazing place we've stayed in so far in NZ, and one of my favorites in the world. The place was so very clean, had all the nice touches and everything (and more) that we needed. I was sad we were only staying one night. Leanne, the owner, spent alot of time answering all my questions and gave us the perfect plan for the short amount of time we had there. 「A upmarket lodge that was recently refurbished. Our room number 10 was large and tastefully furnished with a large modern bathroom and good amenities. The breakfast and dinner served at the restaurant was high quality. All the staff we encountered were polite and friendly.」

「We arrived and were personally greeted by Steve. I’ve been too many accommodations in my life and I have never had a host like Steve. He was absolutely superb. We originally planned to stay for two nights and because of the.Bonhomie of the place we stayed a total of six days and five nights. We would have stayed all the way to the end of our trip. This was an unexpected find and you have a really open mind. I highly recommended to book this place. Just remember, it’s not the faint heart. 」

「Beautiful scenic beach house, easy access to the beach. Newly built, quite clean, but there were a dozen huge annoying flies buzzing around the living room when we arrived. Also the second bedroom was locked from the inside with no way of unlocking it without a key, which we didn't have. Otherwise, the place was perfect, nicely decorated and designed. The motion sensor lights were a great feature, as well as the huge picture window.」
