"It was a very comfortable weekend visit. Came down to go to the concert at the ice arena. The hotel was the perfect distance and in great location. Easy to access everything. Loved the suite with two bedrooms. Perfect for what we needed. Excellent breakfast as well."

"This property was perfect for our family of 10. We had plenty of space and so much to do-- projector for movies, hot tub, pool table, darts, and some games. We didn't have to do laundry or strip beds which made checking out a breeze. My ONLY issues are that the beds are very, very firm. Not my preference. The other thing is that there seems to be a drain that leads out to the drive way. We went when it was 17 degrees and this got icy going to and from our car. We actually bought salt to lay down but the water source was constant so we couldn't keep up with it. We would FOR SURE stay here again. We actually took pics and sent to our friends so we could start planning. I'd love to come back in summer when there isn't ice. "

"If you like Glamping, this place is for you! GLAM: feel like an elite on your own island! Enjoy the deck with sunrise, and the firepit with a sunset. Revel in the beautiful lux house and cozy cottage! CAMP: be ready for the unexpected and some inconveniences. I believe this place has immense potential – but needs some more TLC and fixes before it can be a true 5-star rating. Right now, if you know what you’re getting into, and don’t mind it – it’s AMAZING. Glamp it up and enjoy all the best aspects of lake life! We’re told this is the first year for them, and they seem to be dealing with start-up issues. While the property manager, Regan, is responsive, not all issues could be fixed quickly. It feels like the property owners bit off more than they could chew and were preemptive in putting this listing on VRBO, but we believe this place will be a true luxurious gem once it’s fully ready. We had issues with the filtered water losing pressure, so were left with well water for drinking for a few hrs. The HVAC changed on its own at times - and some of the vents pumped hot air despite being set on cool. The water heater errored out, but once reset, we had hot water again for showers. Once, at 4am, smoke detectors in the cottage went off for no reason with no way to reach them on the high ceilings. A few rocks around the firepit cracked and exploded when our fire got really hot. But, with every issue brought up to Regan, she was quick to respond and try to help resolve issues."
