「We were very impressed with our apartment. Clean, well stocked with breakie provision and spotless bathroom. The bed was super comfy and the views of mount Wellington were superb. Very friendly host. Would definitely stay here again. Excellent value for money. 」

「Perfect location to walk to most restaurants, bars, stores, etc. Unit is spacious and has nice updated decor. Host was very responsive to all communication. Being an old warehouse space, just make sure whoever is in the other bedroom is on the same sleep/wake schedule as the walls/doors don’t have a lot of sound insulation and glass at top of walls let’s light into the bedrooms from living area. No parking with into but not too hard to find somewhere close by if needed.」

「This location was very convenient for us to stay on a weekend away with out dog. The room was spacious and comfortable with access to a yard for our boy. Off street parking was good, our only criticism is the water pressure in the shower. 」

「Overall bad experience with this property. We weren’t able to get the key from the key lock as someone had forgot to send the code to us. Tried calling the 24/7 hotline multiple times without success. In the end the neighbor broke into the house and opened the door from the inside…While I understand that mistakes can happen, there is no excuse for the lack of cleanliness. Cobwebs everywhere, one of the beds looked as if someone had slept in it, the carpet should probably be burnt and the sofas...

「Very handy to a reasonably sized IGA, just a few minutes walk away. Handy to the city, nearby roadworks are a bit of a nuisance but otherwise easy to get to.」

「This is a great studio attached to the owners home with great parking with a nice area to sit outside and enjoy the view. The owners are very friendly and offered a number of suggestions for the area. The unit is a close to the beach as you can get and right next to great bars and restaurants. A provides great access to Hobart without having to be in the hassle of the city. 」

「The unit is very comfortable, clean and has everything you need. It's a very handy location to head down to the beaches on South Arm.」
