A 5 minute drive to the Airport, upscale shops of international Mall and most famous Restaurants in Tampa like Ocean Prime. Saint Pete Beach is a 20 minutes drive away! (Please let us know if you are heading to the beach we can lend you beach chairs and umbrella). 20 min away from Bush gardens. 10 min away downtown Tampa.

The property was very clean and conveniently located near the highway. It was easy to get to shopping and food. The host was very responsive and helpful. The place looks like pictures. The shower is reversed for hot and cold. There were plenty of parking spaces. I would highly recommend for two people.

Weekend Trip to Tampa
Perfect spot for our quick trip to Tampa for the weekend. The property matched the listing description. It was in a great location - very close to restaurants, shopping and the highway. We were in town for a concert at Raymond James Stadium, and stayed here for 3 nights. Clean, conveniently located to stadium and just off the highway for added convenience. Bathroom is very small, but we managed. Easy check-in and out and great communication with owner.

This property is just off the interstate with easy access on / off Located close to restaurants/ stores. Well lit up at night, quiet neighborhood. Internet and tv working great as well. Perfect Convenient Location
This property is great for a weekend getaway. Clean room, cute backyard common area with chairs and hammocks to hang out in. A very quick Uber ride to Raymond James Stadium for a concert or game. Tons of restaurants and things to do close by. Hosts were very friendly! Mark greeted us and made sure we could unlock the door. Told us to call if we needed anything. Great experience, will definitely stay again when in the Tampa area!

Great place for a great price
Very affordable and cute property. A few items to note: we thought there was no hot water but cold / hot water was just switched and I contacted the property manager and they responded right away. Note if you need to get in contact it was much easier for me to communicate over the phone with them. They were very responsive. They provide the minimum amount of items so if you are staying for a while bring a extra toiletries and a towel as they only provided 1 per person for our 4 day stay. All in all would recommend for the price!

Beautiful
Loved the property, enjoyed the hammocks. We came for a concert but unfortunately it got rescheduled due to the weather but we were still able to find close attractions nearby. Will be back next month and booking with Maria again. She was very kind and helpful
