An Uber ride away from all tourist attractions, famous restaurants and nightlife is just a couple blocks away. Safe to come and go at all hours. A 5 minute drive to the Airport, upscale shops of international Mall and most famous Restaurants in Tampa like Ocean Prime. Saint Pete Beach is a 20 minutes drive away! (Please let us know if you are heading to the beach we can lend you beach chairs and umbrella). 20 min away from Bush gardens. 10 min away downtown Tampa.

Nice little place
The unit wasn’t stocked with toiletries, had to ask for towels. Which they brought immediately. There was a storm and the ceiling started to leak and water coming in the door, which was reported just to advise. Communication with host was great, nice unit for a short stay, but needs some updating.

We enjoyed staying here. Location is great. It's very close to whole food and many restaurants. The owner lent us beach chair and umbrella, which is very nice. Response from the owner is within minutes. It was a great stay!

Weekend Trip to Tampa
Perfect spot for our quick trip to Tampa for the weekend. The property matched the listing description. It was in a great location - very close to restaurants, shopping and the highway. Property owners were very great and made sure to let us know to reach out if we needed anything. Will definitely stay there again when we're in the Tampa area!

Perfect Convenient Location
This property is great for a weekend getaway. Clean room, cute backyard common area with chairs and hammocks to hang out in. A very quick Uber ride to Raymond James Stadium for a concert or game. Tons of restaurants and things to do close by. Hosts were very friendly! Mark greeted us and made sure we could unlock the door. Told us to call if we needed anything. Great experience, will definitely stay again when in the Tampa area!

We were in town for a concert at Raymond James Stadium, and stayed here for 3 nights. Clean, conveniently located to stadium and just off the highway for added convenience. Bathroom is very small, but we managed. Easy check-in and out and great communication with owner.

This property is just off the interstate with easy access on / off Located close to restaurants/ stores. Well lit up at night, quiet neighborhood. Internet and tv working great as well. Nice and Clean and comfortable bed . Everything was working- microwave,fridge Would recommend and stay again whenever I travel thru the area.

We came in from Natchez just for three nights, two days. The studio was great, clean, practical. We only needed a place to sleep because there is so much to do in a weekend in Tampa. This place was exactly what we needed!

Mom/daughter getaway
The property was small but was right for our getaway. Everything was clean and looked recently updated. The location was close to so many things including the airport which was nice. I wished the door had a curtain on it for night time privacy as well as oiling the huge gate. Every time a guest opened it the squeaking would disturb us while we slept. Two rolls of toilet paper was not enough for 5 days as well as only providing 2 bath towels. We bought 2 beach towels and left them in the room in hopes that they would keep them for future guests to use as well as 4 more rolls of toilet paper. Those were just small things that we had to run out and buy but I would definitely stay there again.

Stayed for a week while visiting family and looking for a longer term rental near my new job in St Pete. Everything was as advertised plus some nice unexpected surprises-shampoo and conditioner in shower, the right combo of kitchenware, cutlery, glasses,etc., towels & blankets, outdoor chairs. I found everything I needed for my time there. I would recommend it to anyone, single, couple looking for a quiet, convenient stay in the Tampa area.
