Very nice place!
We stayed with our three girls and the space was more than adequate. Clean. Nice location. Easy check in and check out process. Stayed there so we could visit Busch gardens and spend some time in Tampa. Backyard is beautiful. Would recommend and stay again when we visit Tampa.

Nice Tampa stay
This property was super amazing to stay at with the big back yard feature that we spent ample time in while we were in for the night. It was nice to have a bed for all of our guests, fast wifi, great location yet quiet neighborhood with the exception of 1 neighbor (did not impact our stay at all)! The owner brought by a broom which helped us to keep the sand and dirt inside to a minimum! Overall would definitely stay here again and it was a great first place to stay in Tampa!

Not as pictured! No communication
I want to start by saying that while we were at the house, I messaged management through the app asking if they inspected the property regularly because I was hoping to relay this info to them that way, instead of leaving a negative review. Giving them the benefit of the doubt that they really don’t know the condition of the house. No response. 4 of us stayed for 2 nights. There were 2 wash cloths in the house. I messaged management and asked them to please leave more washcloths on the porch for us. No response. The couch and chairs in the living room are absolutely disgusting and dingy. Stains all over them. The wall in one of the bathrooms had dirt all down it and a couple of blood spots. One of the shower floors had a few pieces of debris in it. The baseboards haven’t been cleaned. The grill had been used and not cleaned. The hammock had a huge hole in it. The neighbors on the backside of the house are LOUD, into almost daylight. The back yard is really nice, they have lights strung over the fire pit (no firewood provided, so grab some). But you have to listen to the neighbors while you’re out there.

Awesome House
We had a short but very enjoyable stay in this Beautiful House. It had everything we needed. It was clean and modern. Plenty of beds and rooms to sleep in. Comfortable and well equipped. Gorgeous Backyard. Pictures don’t do justice. The backyard is literally a piece of Heaven in Tampa. A total chill area for family and friends. I wish we could have stayed longer. Would totally book here on my next visit.

Nice place, just a few things to know…
The backyard of this property is absolutely amazing. Tons of space for you and your traveling companions. However, if you are wanting to cook/grill, you should know a couple things. The charcoal-only grill you see in the photos is badly in need of repair. The charcoal tray/lift is completely inoperable and rotted/broken. So, your charcoal ends up way too far from your food. Also, absolutely nothing is provided. No wood for fire pit, no charcoal, lighter fluid, absolutely nothing. None of this was mentioned in the check-in email. There was a gas/propane grill in the backyard which I tried to use until I found there was no gas in the tank. I messaged the owner and was told “we don’t provide gas, and that grill shouldn’t even be there.” Disappointing. The house itself is newly renovated, great wifi, comfortable beds, and clean/updated bathrooms. The neighborhood is a bit iffy so I wouldn’t suggest and evening walk. If there was a 3.5 that’s what I would give it, but 4 will suffice.

The place is beautiful , backyard is very beautiful. We were able to do a cookout. We’re able to do a fire outside. I had a little bit of everything for everyone to enjoy definitely we rent it again if it’s available very clean and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommended to anyone looking to rent a place nearby that location Walmart very nearby bakery was well just walking distance a park walking distance, Mexican grocery store, which was very convenient. If we ever need a place to rent nearby we would definitely book it again..

Spacious, Clean, and steps from the Stadium
Stayed here for a weekend to attend a football game with a group of friends. Everything is clean and the house is spacious. The neighborhood was perfectly quiet when we were there, but that could change depending on which group of football weekenders are there during a given weekend. Back yard is HUGE with giant shade trees for daytime enjoyment and plenty of patio lighting for evening enjoyment. Short walk to a number of local grocery and dining options and only 2-3 blocks to standard chain restaurants if that's your thing. Keyless entry would be the only upgrade I would suggest, but the neighborhood is quiet and safe so it was not a huge concern.

Great location for a game with friends
The home we stayed in was perfect for the trip we had planed, which was a majority guys trip to watch a NFL game. We chose the location because it was walkable to the stadium, close the airport, and a short distance to get elsewhere. For the most part, we were 15mins away from whatever we wanted, and with Lyfts, it was low cost and convenient. We also wanted a bed for everyone, and this place was great by having multiple beds per room. The backyard is great, and can fit a lot of people. They did a great job with the renovations (both inside and outside) and the landscaping they did made it feel like a Florida vacation, as well as helped with buffering the noise from the neighbors. Where they can improve is having a larger stock of towels, there was only 7 for a listing that can fit more than 8 people, so we were short. They could improve the pillows and linens. And they can improve on some of the basic home items that come with the kitchen. Other than that, it fit 8 adults comfortably between the three rooms and two sofas. And it wasn't overly fancy where we felt we had to worry about damaging anything - just low cost Ikea stuff. One additional recommendation, is to mirror the bunkbed room to the adjacent room with the queen+twin. Since that room is setup for more than one person/couple to begin with, you are loosing out on sleeping space with the single queen. I would recommend putting in another double-bunk + twin. Would stay here again in the future!

Wonderful Property

Great stay
My family stayed here one night before staying with other family members. The neighbors were blaring very loud music, but we didn’t mind. You couldn’t hear it in the house at all! There was a drawer with some trash and jewelry left behind, but again not a huge deal. The neighborhood was nice and the place was clean. We all slept great! The owners were friendly and answered my questions in a timely manner. There is a hammock which was an amazing addition! I would definitely stay here again.

Clearwater alternative
While visiting a wellness clinic in Clearwater this home was an easy drive. The house was nicely decorated and clean with a beautiful big back yard that we unfortunately we did not get to enjoy. Neighborhood is quiet and close to all of Tampa’s wonderful restaurants

Great Place for a Small Group
Had a small group of friends stay here before our cruise out of Tampa! Location was incredibly close to “everything!” Airport, cruise port, shopping, dinning, etc. On top of location, the house was fabulous! Spacious and had everything we needed and the outdoor space was fabulous too (kind of wish we stayed longer to use it more!). Would definitely stay here again! Side note, not a complaint, but the light switch situation in the house is a bit odd/confusing, but ultimately that didn’t really matter… just might be helpful heads up for some folks.

Loved it!
We only stayed one night in between other plans! Seriously the most perfect spot we could ask for! The backyard is beautiful and there was plenty of space for our group! There were also plenty of things to do just a short Uber ride away!
