"The unit we had was on the 3rd floor but since the elevator was temporarily out of service, Andre, the manager carried our bags up for us. He was most accommodating. He hand the night assistant, Phillipe is also very helpful. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and there is free parking at the Convento Sao Francisco is a short 5 min walk away and it is open from 7am to Midnight so we parked our car there and either walked or took cabs to any place we wanted. "The apartment is kept in good conditions generally and it's perfectly located to explore Coimbra. Very calm area and good mattress. The amenities worked well. "The decor is absolutely amazing with terrific views of the large square, either from room, 5th floor breakfast area or the penthouse deck.
