There was a lot of dust, it looked like the floor hadn’t been mopped in a while, and it looked like the bare minimum was done for cleaning. It would be nice if it was detailed cleaned after each stay. The communication was not good. "The property is convenience in the center of the city. The shelves were dusty; floor was dirty too. Overall is not as clean as we have expected. The apartment is located to several night clubs, which is not a quite place. One of the night clubs has a last show starts 3:30 am, ends around 4 am. It's not a good experience if you're a light sleeper. "

"My family and I had a wonderful experience with this stay. It was conveniently located very close to many attractions as Shibuya Crossing,Tokyo Tower and a 30 min drive to Disneyland. The host was amazing with instructions and cleanliness of the place as they came midweek to clean and restock towels. It was so comfortable with the beds and the shower. If you never been to Japan and this is your first type of place you’re staying in make sure you understand how the hot water works for the shower....
