"10 minute walk from Shinagawa station, no free car park, but can park at Prince Hotel with payment. 2 double bed and 1 sofa, able to accommodate a family of 5. Value for money if don’t mind the walk."

The only issue with these hotels is that you have to check out at 10am and take your luggage to your next destination (or storage)"

"The property is convenience in the center of the city. The shelves were dusty; floor was dirty too. Overall is not as clean as we have expected. The apartment is located to several night clubs, which is not a quite place. One of the night clubs has a last show starts 3:30 am, ends around 4 am. It's not a good experience if you're a light sleeper. "

"My family and I had a wonderful experience with this stay. It was conveniently located very close to many attractions as Shibuya Crossing,Tokyo Tower and a 30 min drive to Disneyland. The host was amazing with instructions and cleanliness of the place as they came midweek to clean and restock towels. It was so comfortable with the beds and the shower. If you never been to Japan and this is your first type of place you’re staying in make sure you understand how the hot water works for the shower....

"It is nice apartment complex. I am comfortable during the two days stay. The only register and communication with the property agent is really bad. The agent doesn’t care to explain how to register at the iPad at the door in order to get the code. It take almost an hour or two to figure it out "
