"The front desk staff was amazing at this apartment style hotel. I wasn't expecting first class service but we definitely got it! They provided us a dinner recommendation, booked the taxi and booked the table. It was one of the best dinners we had in Japan and was in Pontocho Alley, which is a pretty popular area! The room was beautiful, everything was comfortable. Had a great experience!"

"The check in process was too much, we arrived early, was not able to start the check in process until the time of check in at 3, it took over 30 minutes to check in after traveling all day to get to this location, walking in the rain and all of us being soaked and waiting so long to get out of our wet clothes. "Location was excellent as it was very near to Yotsubashi train station and about 15 mins walk to the main Shinsaibashi shopping street. Lots of food nearby, Family Mart konbini store right beside and a supermarket nearby. The staff were very helpful and friendly and i rate them full marks on customer service. The room however was very dusty and we kept sneezing throughout our stay there. The room does not have a window that can be opened to let the dust escape. Would have given a 5 stars...
