"If you decide to stay at Sansuiso, you have made the right decision. This is a beautiful onsen, with a variety of different type of waters, pools on the edge of the river. We stayed in the Japanese room which is always spacious and comfortable. Do yourself a favour and do the half board (or dinner) it will be one of the best meals you may have ever eaten. "The whole staffs welcome the guests and offer them professional and attentive services. The owner of the hotel and brother are not sitting back and supervising their staffs, but are contributing their parts to take care of the guests directly. They drive the guests to/from the station from/to the hotel; they do’t use a bus boy."

"Incredible experience at Suzukiya Ryokan! Staff is incredible! They speak some English and you can communicate perfectly fine with all of them. They are so incredibly kind and welcoming! "About 10-15 minutes from Iizaka Onsen station. The hotel is situated uphill & is a traditional construction w/spacious parking area. Check-in is easy & short, & staff is friendly & polite.
