"spacious room with comfortable beds and an amazing view. delicious buffet breakfast. a bit old-school hotel in that they still use physical key on a gigantic keychain but kind of quaint in a way. our stay was perfect and the only gripe was there's no kettle nor bottled water provided, only a small metal cup for heating water for tea."

A Gem of a Hotel

"I didn’t have very high expectations for this hotel, as it was in a fairly rural part of north Japan but I was so impressed. I stayed in 5 hotels during my two week stay and this hotel was my favourite! The room was spacious, it smelled clean, the view was breathtaking, and it was connected to the station so getting on and off the Shinkansen was a breeze. "
