Check in day we arrived at 6:48pm called the hotel several times even before we arrived, no one picked up the calls. 2 blinking lights at the gate, small gat padlocked, no sign if there’s another gate. Went around the building but there was no other entrance. No sign of people working, no lights at all. Curtains were visible hanging like the building has been abandoned for quite sometime. Called expedia.ph to get a call a refund, spoke to a person and requested a call back because I am using an International roaming, but she never called back. Please do something about this.

Very far from the city proper
Hot shower not working, no television inside the room and they only have like 2 staffs to address to your needs. They did not even bother to assist in getting a transport going to the city and back to the hotel given that its far from the city proper.

It’s quite a picturesque stay
When we got there our room wasn't ready yet and we had trouble checking in because they cannot find our name on the guest list. We have to search for the confirmation email as proof. But the place is clean and very pocturesque. Very quiet. And the staff are very nice. I wish they could have larger parking space.

Nice location but rooms need to be improve
Location is good, having the view of Taal lake. However, room design and amenities is very poor. No TV, no internet, no free breakfast nor you can't buy food in the hotel. There seems to be no security guard only caretakers that are very accommodating. There's no front desk on other info that can attract the tourist (e.g. tourist spots, brochures, maps). Very disappointed in my experience in this hotel and to think that it is our first time to stay in Tagaytay with my family.

Incorrect Information on Expedia
Expedia site showed free breakfast. After booking the room, the itinerary / confirmation email did not show anything about food / breakfast. Hotel did not acknowledge free breakfast.
