Many of Sydney's trendiest restaurants and bars are within walking distance. Walk to CBD (Downtown) in 20 minutes. Cab or Uber in 5 minutes. Sydney’s famous Oxford St. is a 4 minute stroll from the front door.
SCG and Allianz Stadium under 10 minute walk; 3 extra minutes and you are at Fox Studios.
Bondi Beach 15 minutes by car.
Getting Around:
The area is well serviced by buses on Taylor Square (just a 5 minute walk) which will take you to the city via Oxford Street one way, Bondi Beach the other and UNSW via Anzac Parade as well.

* A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month. This will be added to your total amount and processed separately.
* Please note that this property has been specifically catered for short-term rentals and is not a hotel.
*If you are eligible for a full refund as per our cancellation policy, a processing fee of $50 still applies.
*After check-in, if you choose to shorten your stay, you will receive a 50% refund of the unused nights of your booking.
* This is a pet friendly property. The surcharge for bringing your pet is $100. Please be aware that any damage your pet causes to the property will also be charged back to you as an additional cost.
* Due to strict noise policies in strata buildings and Australian council by-laws, guests must avoid making loud noise, particularly between the hours of 10 pm – 8 am. Please understand that guests who break this rule may be evicted and financial penalties may also apply, depending on the circumstances.
