Our “nit” this time is that upon arrival they checked us in to an inferior room (small, dark, broken shower, no robes). The staff made extra effort to find parking with their sister hotel. Even did valet service for us by, as we found out at checkout, the GM Marc himself! What a wonderful hotel!
