"Although the hotel is advertised as having AC in the rooms, which is something not so common on European hotels, and the room did indeed have AC, it was not as cool as it should have been and was informed by the attendant on the Lobby to just open the small window slot to help with cooling the room. We requested a fan, and it was quickly provided, but it was a small little fan that although it helped with some of the cooling of the room, it did not have a meaningful impact. "We stay here on our way back to the U.K. from Italy. Overnight stay. Perfect hotel and really great restaurants too. We have stayed here numerous times and will stay here again next time. Highly recommended. "

Good location

"Location was good and staff was friendly. The only negative part is the bed is pushed up against the window so you have to climb over the other person. I also did not realize til our last day on the iPad it was automatically selected we did not want the room cleaned so make sure you check the iPad is not set up that way. "
