"I have stayed at many first camp location before this is bu far the worst unfortunately There was no Wi-Fi no matter how much I search for it and the Wi-Fi login information where anyhow not provided to me by email or by the personnel I could of course not get in touch with them Because the reception was closed when I arrived, and I self checked in. "Something that Hotels.com need to inform customers is that this place do not offer towels, bedding and room cleaning. You can get this at an additional cost (don’t know the price) and for 1200kr they can clean after your visit else you have to clean the area yourself. Please check the website of this place before booking. "

"Was very easy to find off the main road, yet was out of the way so was nice and quiet. Room was compact but had everything I need. Would be nice to go back in the summer, this was just a business overnight stop. Tv only had one channel which was a bit disappointing especially as the listing showed lots, but didn't matter too much Parking for a large van was easy"

"The cabin was not very clean and a bit worn here and there. However, the service was excellent. A broken chair was promptly replaced and when we lost a wallet Sophia promptly phoned us and packaged it for a courier to pick it up."

" Truly the best glass igloo experience! My partner and I spent 3 nights here, during New Year’s Eve, and we had an incredible time! The igloo is very warm (despite -22 outside) with heating, has a stove with essential utensils and even has a toilet. If you didn’t want to use the toilet, you can use the lounge toilets which are clean and have a shower. The igloo also has speakers with a great bass- perfect for New Year’s Eve celebrations. The highlight was nature’s fireworks on New Year’s Eve…...

"Stayed in a cabin for a winter adventure with my son. The setting is stunning and the cabins are cosy. Remote enough to enjoy walks through the snowy forest but easily connected to the shops and central Luleå by a regular bus. "

"Its ridiculous that you pay over 1000 SEK for a night and there is no cleaning inscluded. You have to do it yourself and if you don’t do it properly they will charge you for another 1000 SEK. And there is no WiFi. You get very little for the money. And for that much money they charge they should provide a much better bed. The beds are so soft you get back pains for days. I would never come back again and I don’t recommend this place to anyone. This is just a money machine with bad service. "

"We stayed at the mobile cabin. It was so old and tiny. Don’t understand what we paid for. As well the laundry cost money. Why? Other resorts it’s cheaper and it doesn’t cost. The the place itself is beautiful and very kids friendly. Whatever you do, do not book the mobile cabin."

"It was OK stay, but it was really strange to have a kitchen in the cottage but no water. I understand that it's a camping and bathrooms are outside and shared, but at least having water in the kitchen would be a nice (or rather obvious) touch. Also, i got information about check in only via sms, would be nice to keep conversation in the email too to have all in one place. "

"Fantastisk äventyrslekpark som verkligen uppskattades. Lägg till roliga och fräscha äventyrskojor med sköna sängar, kul koncept med pannkaksgrillning över öppen eld, urgoda pizzor, smidig in och utcheckning och allt en behöver i en lugn och vacker miljö. Vi är sååå nöjda och återkommer gärna."

Brilliant airport hotel

"I can’t rate this hotel any higher, easy check in and check out, super friendly staff, comfortable bed, heated floor in the bathroom, windows are quadruple glazed so you cannot hear a thing from the airport. Incredible buffet breakfast with pastries and cooked breakfast. Delicious meals in the grocery section in reception to pick up if you arrive late. Lots of room with plugs everywhere if you want to get some work done alongside a drink or meal. Fantastic! "

Great hotel.

"The buffet breakfast is outstanding, the rooms are very well designed and quiet (but no fridge) and the location is great, meters from the Airport Express train station and right in the shopping area. I would not hesitate going there again. Friendly staff, plenty of luggage storage, restaurant and IceBar on site."

"Nice restaurant and bar attached to lobby. Attractive decor. Fabulous breakfast, with option to eat upstairs by fireplace. Friendly professional staff. Only negative was heavily perfumed automatic room spray in lobby, which triggered my asthma"

Wonderful stay

"What a beautiful hotel. It had the best breakfast buffet I've ever been to. There were selections for everything and the food was excellent. The hotel is just outside of the city center, but only a short walk to get to the action. There's a really nice park only a 10 minute walk away. I would highly recommend staying here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. "
