"Lovely Host and a lovely property, had everything you would ever need for a self contained stay, professionally furnished with all modern appliances. A very considerate Host with some basic essentials already there on arrival as well a a bottle of wine, milk, bread, butter, bacon, eggs, tea, coffee and biscuits, fresh fruit bowl. Will stay again when next in Perth WA."

"The property itself is lovely but the advertising is misleading . It's a side building on same property as the owners personal home with the dining area exposed and in full view of the main house , so not very private. It was hot the day I arrived but the air conditioner did not cool the place down at all with cheap fans for the bedroom area which just moved the air around . I paid for 4 days , left after 4 hours and no refund. "

"DO NOT STAY HERE! Perhaps once upon a time, when the owners werent tired, grumpy and rude, this place may have been a great place for young families to stay and enjoy everything it said on the brochure. Now only local workmen 'live' there. We arrived to a run down, very dated scene and what first hit me when walking in, was the smell. Dust and old. Neat and tidy but very dusty. Back garden was cluttered with all sorts of stuff. Couldn't use the bbq due to plant cuttings and rubbish all over it....

"This is an outstanding place to stay. The location is perfect for exploring the Perth Hills, established in a picturesque valley where orchards and vineyards abound. We stayed in the coach House which is a cute little cottage with sufficient home comforts as well as a large spa bath. Little hospitality touches like a carafe of port to warm one as a pre-dinner drink, the welcome platter of assorted cheeses and nibbles, the lighting of a fire in the dining room to make the breakfast room cosy are...
