"Nice and well equipped cozy cabin to spend time with your family near Skeikampen. It has a complete kitchen with dishwasher, oven etc. A washing machine is also available in the bathroom. The beds are nice and soft so all good for a nice vacation. Cattle (cows/sheep) are freely roaming the area which make sure you will never feel alone. The Peer Gynt road is a recommended must see. "Veldig hyggelig og imøtekommende personale. Vi bodde i Nordtunet 2. Hytten trenger oppgradering. Det var to kokeplater som fungerte svært dårlig, brukte 30 min på å steke en pølse. Veldig lytt mellom badet og rommet ved siden. Hodeputene var for litt for tykke. Pluss for god liggekomfort i de to enkeltstående sengene. "We rented the apartment for some family time in the Norwegian mountains. Very helpful and friendly staff during check-in, spotless apartment in fabulous location and great service from the vaktmester when a leak in the sink turned the water off (he came shortly and fixed the problem). We would definitely stay again!"

Die Toilette ohne Wasser hat tadellos funktioniert, ebenso die Dusche, für die man das Wasser von draußen holen und erhitzen musste. Für uns war es genau richtig, einmal etwas reduzierter zu leben. "We absolutely loved the hotel! The Polish lady at the reception was absolutely lovely and helpful with the restaurant recommendation. We stayed in a Superior twin room and it was much bigger than we expected. The hotel is in a heart of Lillehammer so couldn’t ask for a better location. The breakfast was delicious, so much choice! Freshly made waffles are a must to try as they are absolutely delicious! Having an additional heater in a room was amazing as it was quite cold outside when we stayed. Be will definitely come back. "

"The only way you could stay nearer to the trains would be by sleeping on a platform bench! This has to be one of the best located stations that I have stayed in, very convenient with an excellent café serving guests and railway travellers with decent food which, for Norway, was reasonably priced. Guests get free tea and coffee too and a great breakfast is included. The room was large (2 beds plus bunk beds!) and overlooked the platform but was silent with no noise at all from the station. There is also a special room available containing a lounge and kitchen which can be used if required - especially useful for longer-term guests as it included a fridge The only downside was that there were no bedside lights which meant that you had to get out of bed to turn off the main light! Crazy! "
