"Nice and well equipped cozy cabin to spend time with your family near Skeikampen. It has a complete kitchen with dishwasher, oven etc. A washing machine is also available in the bathroom. The beds are nice and soft so all good for a nice vacation. Cattle (cows/sheep) are freely roaming the area which make sure you will never feel alone. The Peer Gynt road is a recommended must see. "Veldig hyggelig og imøtekommende personale. Vi bodde i Nordtunet 2. Hytten trenger oppgradering. Det var to kokeplater som fungerte svært dårlig, brukte 30 min på å steke en pølse. "There are both good things and bad things about this place. Good! Very convenient place, near by the Hafjell ski resort. good space, good kitchen and a nice sauna. In general apartment was clean and pleasant. Bad! The TV is super old and may be a decades old. Pictures are not that clean and clear. It has only few channels and kids hate it and they are very disappointed, actually. Another bad thing is, we found unwashed pan and few cups in the kitchen cupboards. That gave us a huge doubt to...

Very helpful and friendly staff during check-in, spotless apartment in fabulous location and great service from the vaktmester when a leak in the sink turned the water off (he came shortly and fixed the problem). We would definitely stay again!"

Die Toilette ohne Wasser hat tadellos funktioniert, ebenso die Dusche, für die man das Wasser von draußen holen und erhitzen musste. Für uns war es genau richtig, einmal etwas reduzierter zu leben. "Lovely little chalet-style hotel set in the famous ski resort of Lillehammer. Comfortable and warm but the room could have been a little cleaner (hence the 4 stars). The buffet breakfast was absolutely huge and delicious. A nice stay."

"The only way you could stay nearer to the trains would be by sleeping on a platform bench! This has to be one of the best located stations that I have stayed in, very convenient with an excellent café serving guests and railway travellers with decent food which, for Norway, was reasonably priced. Guests get free tea and coffee too and a great breakfast is included. The room was large (2 beds plus bunk beds!) and overlooked the platform but was silent with no noise at all from the station. There is also a special room available containing a lounge and kitchen which can be used if required - especially useful for longer-term guests as it included a fridge The only downside was that there were no bedside lights which meant that you had to get out of bed to turn off the main light! Crazy! "

"Budget-style accommodation for the location. Friendly staff, good breakfast, small room and very tiny bathroom, but clean. Not the most comfiest of beds and pillows lacked any substance. Ok for a stopover. Nice view. "
