"Nice modern hotel within easy walking distance to train or bus station. A shuttle bus is also available. Foyer was attractive and we were shown to our room and luggage was carried by staff. We had an executive double room which was a bit small. If we stay again we would get a twin room which are much bigger. Buffet breakfast was superb."

The service included dinner and breakfast in a private room with amazing local food and a lovely waitress who spoke decent English and explained every dish to us. "A great experience from the beginning. Easy parking across the street. Efficient checkin even when there was a tour bus. Small but comfortable room. Convenient location. Good breakfast and fantastic onsen walkable to everything. "

"Very close from JR station. Also close to Lake Suwa. The large public bath has natual hot spring water and almost anytime we can take it. The complementary breakfast is super rich. It's buffet and serving japanese and western, many kinds of dishes."

"Very accessible from Matsumoto Station. The hotel was very clean. I especially appreciated the cleaning after 3 nights of stay to be sustainable. The towel bags was a nice feature so we were able to carry the towels to the bath. Breakfast was delicious. There were so many options ranging from Japanese to western. There was something for everyone to eat. The hotel had nice little perks. When we stayed, there was happy hour (free alcoholic or non-alcoholic) and evening snack in the dining hall. "
